1. Choose one audience question. Write down who needs help and the result your tutorial will demonstrate.
2. Define the starting point. List the device, account, plan and files required. Note any paid features.
3. Run the task yourself. Record the exact steps, date and product version. Keep screenshots of the result.
4. Check the outcome. Open exported files, follow links and repeat the important steps. Record failures as well as successes.
5. Protect private information. Hide passwords, API keys and personal details. Use material you have permission to share.
6. Write an honest script. Separate what you tested from vendor claims. Explain limitations and avoid income guarantees.
